One of our most important values is clarity, so we want to ensure that you are with us on our journey together, every step of the way. This is our tried and tested process for making that happen:
1. The Brief
We’d love a “virtual introduction” to you and what you do. By filling out the short brief form on our contact page, we’ll have a little more clarity on your goals and needs so that we can share in a focused discovery call together – saving us all time and energy.
2. Discovery Call
Once we have received your brief, we’ll reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule an obligations-free discovery call, at a time that suits you. This is a short, 30 minute introduction to get to the crux of we can help you, and to make sure we are a good fit.
3. Making it Official
If we all feel aligned and confident to work together, the next step is to take a look at your proposal. You will receive a “Welcome Pack” with all necessary information, including your proposal, contracts, an official quotation and a Creative Clarity Questionaire.
4. Branding and Design
We kick off with a 2-hour creative clarity call, diving into the essence of your brand magic. This is where we uncover your unique brilliance and set the stage for your transformation. After our call, we get to work crafting a captivating brand strategy, design direction, logo, and other stunning design elements that embody your vision.
5. Website
With your bold messaging and vibrant visuals in hand, it’s time to reveal your brand to the world and start attracting your dream clients. We take your newly-defined design direction and build a custom-designed website that showcases your brand in all its glory, ensuring you shine bright and stand out.
6. Launch
Pop the champagne! Once the final payment is complete, we launch your fabulous new website and provide you with full training and working files, giving you complete control moving forward. While we’ll undoubtedly be best friends by this stage, we believe in empowering you rather than keeping you tied down.
